House rules

Rules have been established to ensure that the event will be safe and friendly for all attendees. When entering the event site, the visitor automatically agrees with the regulations and accepts the consequences in the event of a violation.

There is a zero tolerance policy with regard to drugs. It is forbidden to use, trade and possess drugs on the event site. When possession of drugs is detected by a visitor, the drugs will be seized and the visitor will be denied access to the event. If a quantity of drugs is detected that exceeds the permitted maximum, the norm is set above 5 pills and / or 5 grams, the visitor will be transferred to the police. Prior to the event, visitors will be informed via social media & email and at the entrance about the zero tolerance drug policy. People who have been arrested and have a number of prohibited substances in their possession under the guideline (Drugs Policy at Events 2013, final version, established in RJO of February 14) may enter the event grounds after arrest after they have been inspected by the security guards. Persons arrested for possession of drugs and taken to the police station may no longer enter the site.

Access to the event site can only be provided if you have a valid admission ticket. Valid admission tickets can be obtained on the website or through the social media channels of the organisation. Once purchased tickets cannot be taken back. The organisation urgently advises not to purchase tickets through third parties. After leaving the event site, the right to access the event site expires. No stamps are given unless otherwise stated. When irregularities such as, but not limited to, (attempted) use of (false) entrance tickets and fraud with wristbands are detected, a report is made to the police.

Upon arrival you will receive a cup or a glass with your valid admission ticket, unless stated otherwise. If this is the case, this is also your ticket and your own cup or glass during the event. You need to keep the cup or glass with you in order to be able to purchase drinks on the event grounds. In some cases it is possible to take the cup or glass from the event grounds home. This depends on each event. At the exit it is clearly stated what is the case in this situation and this is also communicated via the website and social media channels of the organisation. You are not entitled to a refund if you hand in the cup or glass.

Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed in the event area. Also, not under the supervision of a parent, guardian and / or an accompanying adult (unless otherwise stated).

You must be able to identify yourself at the request of a security officer. If one cannot provide valid identification, access will be denied. A valid proof of identity means a passport, Dutch identity card or a Dutch driver’s license. Copies of this are not accepted.

If a security officer asks you to be allowed to search, you must agree. If not, you will be denied access to the event site. It is possible, if desired, to have the search performed by someone of the same sex. During the event, the security staff may ask you at any time to search you. If you do not agree, you will be kindly asked to leave the event grounds. Instructions from security staff must be obeyed at all times. In this way we maintain safety during the event for all attendees.

It is not permitted to enter the event grounds under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs. If this is found, access will be denied / denied, without the right to a refund of the admission ticket.

Soft drugs, hard drugs, food, (alcoholic) drinks, own glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, flags, sticks, umbrellas, walking sticks (except medical crutches and aids), (domestic) animals, banners, objects with discriminating and / or provocative texts and / or expressions, beating, stabbing, firing or punching weapons or other objects that could be used as weapons, objects that could adversely affect the safety, health or well-being of visitors, spray cans, sprayers, fireworks, flares and means of transport. In case of doubt, the organization can be contacted in advance.

If medication is needed for medical reasons, medication is permitted. In all cases, the user must show a name signed by a doctor to the organisation. In addition to the statement, proof of identity must also be shown.

It is forbidden to sell or offer goods for sale without permission from the organisation on and / or around the event site and parking areas.

It is forbidden to distribute flyers, posters and / or banners or to carry out other types of promotional activities without the permission of the organization on and / or around the event site and parking areas.

It is forbidden to enter the toilet with more than 1 person. Urinating outside the available facilities is prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the event site and handed over to the police.

Wearing a football shirt, (motorcycle) club shirts and / or discriminating clothing is not permitted. Clothing will have to be stored outside the site.

It is forbidden to climb stages, tents, trees, structures, fences or other objects on the event site. It is also not permitted to take objects and / or objects from the event grounds with you.

The event only works with a closed payment system. We use a PIN-Only system where you can pay directly at any point of sale with almost all debit cards and / or credit cards. What payment system is used at the event is communicated via the website and social media channels of the organization prior to the event.

Everyone who enters the event grounds gives permission to be filmed, photographed and recorded (audio). The organisation uses the recordings and photos for promotional purposes.

Bicycles must be placed in the designated bicycle racks. If this is not obeyed, there is a risk that the bicycle will be removed by the organisation. Instructions from traffic controllers must always be obeyed.

The organization is not responsible for any hearing damage or similar disorders. The organisation advises to wear earplugs for loud music or to look for quieter places on the event grounds.

The program is subject to change. If changes are made to the program, no refund on admission tickets is possible. The organisation will always maintain the quality to provide suitable replacement for any dropped artists. This will always be communicated via the website and social media channels of the organisation.

Entering the event site is at your own risk. Employees, contributors and volunteers working for or on behalf of the organisation cannot be held responsible for any injury and / or damage to objects or intangible damage caused by visitors to the event.

In situations where the rules do not comply, the organisation will decide on the measures to be taken. The decision of the organisation will be respected and is binding.

NB. If or as soon as the rules are not complied with, access to the event site will be refused without any refund on event tickets. As soon as access is denied you will be removed from the event area immediately.
